unpopular opinion but i think some ppl on tumblr are just mean spirited for the sake of being so. i’m not talking about being mean to sexist, racist or transphobic people because that’s okay . but people who are asking for well meaning advice, or who clearly don’t understand stuff, or people who aren’t being rude at all are often attacked by popular bloggers for no reason. like i get this idea that we’re not you’re dictionaries but someone asking you to explain something you posted, or someone coming onto your post or whatever with something kind and well meaning shouldn’t be cursed out or dragged just because half of yall are so bored/bitter that you need someone to bully. idk maybe y’all were bullied yourselves in school and take tumblr as a way to get back at your bullies but idk…like some of y’all are argumentative for the sake of being so and end up being bitter to the people you’re supposed to be advocating for. that is some toxic behavior right there and not just for your victims but also for yourselves.

Okay but preach. Theres quite a few bitter bettys who are popular on here who are mad at life so they take it out on other folks on here for clout. They don’t actually contribute anything to society or communities on here, they’re just fake deeps who drag other folks through the mud for fun. Mean spirited, bitter and just plain ugly. Nobody wants to talk about it tho because social media culture and call out/clapback culture.

That video of the large white man punching a Black 12 year old girl really upset me. Like, I am almost in tears at work and the reaction from The Black community had emotionally drained me for the day.

I’ve read the comments on people’s takes on the video and the most common one is “she deserved it” or “good she learned a lesson about not provoking people”. Which is beyond disgusting and incredibly vomit inducing. Black Women have no communal protection in the Black Community. This is a fact and you can deny all you want on some “we protect our black queens” when that’s not the reality.

The video is a short snippet of an entire situation. There are parts missing and things not being shown.

No one stopped to think why a group of Black Children would act so aggressively toward this man and his family? Does it make sense for a group of Black 11 and 12 year old little girls to start fighting with a random family unprovoked? Honestly, the lack in common sense is not even surprising because people don’t rush to defend Black Women in any situation. We are always seen as lesser of the aggressor.

THERE IS NOT ONE EXCUSE FOR A GROWN TO PUNCH A 12 YEAR OLD GIRL IN THE FACE. He was in no immediate danger.

If this was a video of a 12 year old white Girl being punched. Exact same situation, the support she would receive would land her on Ellen. Americans know Black Women do not have communal protections from the Black Community and that’s why they feel comfortable assaulting them in public. Just thinking back to the video of the Black Girl who worked at McDonalds being assaulted. Not ONE person in that room stepped in to protect her. And it wasn’t as if they weren’t Black People in the room, there were quite a few.

Also some folk dont seem to know how self-defense laws work, they vary by state, and many states dont allow yall to molly wop someone because they pushed you, theres many clauses about applying equal force back, you can KO somebody because they tapped your shoulder. Yall just hate black girls, period.

This was literally me today at work also, and the same thing with the comments. This girl was literally knocked out… how the fuck can you condone that?

i literally have 37 followers on here so i doubt anyone will see this but something FUCKED! UP! is happening right now in France and i want non-french people to hear about it:

Basically, a french rapper named Nick Conrad made a song a few months ago named « Pendez les blancs » or in english « Hang up white people ». And the lyrics and music video portray what the world would have been like had Black people enslaved white people. It’s nothing else than a reversal of history; of what white people really did to Black people back in the days.

But…. white french people being as annoying as ever, he got sued and now he’s in trial and facing charges for RACISM AGAINST WHITE PEOPLE (lmao).

He lost his job and will probably be found guilty cause french justice SUCKS.

If you have twitter you can share this thread written in english that sums up the situation:
